SUGGESTIONS FOR DRUGS?
My friend who is a doctor already gave me some particularly helpful advice on this, but I am interested in input from all over. What are some drugs that increase suggestibility and/or would make it easier to hypnotize someone? (For a story, obviously.) In addition to LSD. Email me with thoughts.

I know of a drug that hypnotizes people. It's called charisma.
Mescalin would be a possible drug of choice.
Scopolamine. (Colombian devil's breath.)
Dextromethorphan hydrobromide (DXM). Active ingredient in Robitussin Cough. I once told a girl on DXM that my father was a centipede. She believed it whole-heartedly.
Oh--I used to take DXM a lot. Good suggestions. I think Michael Connelly used that or something like it in The Poet--all the victims have some sort of cough syrup into them and the detective realizes they've all been hypnotized into committing suicide.
